Lavender sugar
Lavender sugar is one of those little secrets that, once discovered, becomes a staple in any country kitchen. It’s incredibly simple to make but brings such a unique twist to the everyday.
Ingredients
- 10 Lavendel sprigs
- 2 dl sugar
Instructions
- Pick the flowers from the stem
- Mix them with the sugar
- Put it in a glass jar and leave for about a week
- Spread the sugar/lavender mix on a tray and let dry for a few days
- Put it in a pretty glass jar and enjoy
Notes
You can remove the flowers or keep them in the sugar once it's finished.
